What we collect and why
If you request a rollout review, we collect your name, work email, optional company name, and the product and audience details you provide. We use them only to assess and discuss Anaïs AI Compliance Gateway. The legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
The public preview accepts a prompt so it can demonstrate alias selection and guardrail decisions. Do not enter personal, confidential or production data. The prompt is processed only in the Cloudflare Worker that serves the preview, is not sent to Aegis or a model provider, and is not stored. Shared aggregate demo counters do not contain prompts or identifiers, may combine preview visitors in one Worker isolate, and reset whenever that isolate restarts. The preview does not require an account and does not place analytics or advertising cookies.
Processors and international transfers
Cloudflare serves this site and processes public preview requests. Supabase stores consented rollout requests. If a paid scope is later agreed, Stripe processes subscription checkout and payment records. These providers may process limited data outside the UK under their contractual safeguards.
Retention and your rights
We keep rollout-request details only while needed to assess the request and follow up, or until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete them. Payment records are retained as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
You may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your personal data, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
